Club Information

Dates Booked: The club runs from Monday to Thursday only  – your exact dates will be specified on your confirmation after booking.

Times: Arrival is from 9.15am with collection at 3.30pm each day.

Collecting adults are reminded that any social restrictions should be adhered to at all times. The Head Coach and team will only release children to the designated adult so if this changes please inform staff.

Timetable: Children will begin their day with activities and if they are receiving phonics or reading support this will be a short session during the morning. A snack will be served at 10.45am and lunch will be served between 12-1pm. The menu for the day will be available at the beginning of the week.

Clothing:  As children will be active for a majority of the day children should wear sports clothing and trainers. On warmer days, children should also bring a sun hat and wear sun-cream – extra can be brought for children to apply themselves. In wet weather children may still go outdoors for some time so a good waterproof jacket and a spare pair of clothing should be packed. All items should be name labelled.

Other items: Children should bring their own water bottle with them each day – name labelled. They may also bring a reading book for their tutoring support. No other items should be brought to club to avoid loss or breakage.

Allergies, intolerances and medical needs: Please ensure that you include any relevant information on your booking form and be reminded that we are a nut free premises. If your child requires medication, please speak to a member of staff on the day. Children must bring an in date inhaler and spacer (if required) with them if asthmatic.

We hope you learn some wonderful new skills this summer, feel happy and keep healthy.  We look forward to spending time with you all!

Best wishes,

Cheryl Nowell
