If not, you could write a message to a family member. Maybe a grandparent, aunt or uncle if you can find out their email.

Then you can send a message to see how they are doing and try to attach a document (picture, word document, PowerPoint presentation).

RE

This term is all about inspirational people.

Discuss the word inspiration with an adult. What do you think this means, who inspires you the most? Why?

What other inspirational people do you know? They don’t have to be well known, it might be an old teacher, a family member or even a friend. Explain how their words and actions changed some aspects of your life.

Make a list of inspirational characteristics. Can you think of different leaders e.g. work, school, community, sport, society etc. talk about what each one does to fulfil his/her role.

Activity: Write about the most inspirational person in your life. Outline their role, describe their inspirational characteristics and explain how they have influenced you and your life.

Ideas:

  • On one half of your page write key words relating to their characteristics and on the other half, phrases to describe  how they influence you.
  • You could draw a picture of that person in middle of the page.
